Design & Development

SHAL Engineering provides comprehensive in-house engineering design and development services, supporting projects from initial concepts through to final manufacture and installation. We use AutoCAD for detailed engineering drawings and SolidWorks for 3D modelling, design validation, and stress analysis.

Our experienced design team can produce conceptual sketches, prototype components, standard engineering drawings, and fully detailed 3D models to meet customer requirements. We work closely with clients to develop practical, cost-effective engineering solutions for industrial and manufacturing applications.

To reduce project risk and improve reliability, we carry out Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA), helping to identify potential issues early in the design process and ensuring robust, high-quality engineering outcomes.
